Shine like a new pin

A trip around the neighbourhood is a constant source of inspiration. Despite the suspicious looks I get carting around my camera, I love discovering new and wonderful things about the place I live every time I venture outside. With the seasons about to change yet again, it's even more captivating. Leaves gradually changing colour, falling. The delight at one blue sky in a week. Some flowers brave the winter chill and manage to inject some colour into the otherwise drab palette of the colder months. But no one can claim there's not beauty in every season. There's something truly magical about Autumn.

An autumn wonderland awaits at Morialta Conservation Park. I was lucky enough to be treated to a day of sunshine and warm breezes and it was lovely to soak it all up away from the city. An escape if ever there was one.
