Spring glory

I was a lucky girl and got to head home for an extra long weekend and was treated to some beautiful weather as well as getting to see Spring in all its glory. There was my favourite - orange blossom which smells absolutely devine - and some of the most colourful array of flowers on offer. The palonia tree is a perennial favourite of mine with its wonderful smell and strange yet enticing purple-flecked flowers. All in all, a rather splendid Spring weekend.

A touch of paradise

Palm trees will forever remind me of the tropics and in turn warm rays of sunshine and paradise. Winter

I've always disliked winter the most out of all of the seasons. Nature seems to hibernate and lack any colour or warmth. Like this silver birch tree, it shed it's leaves and captured the starkness of winter.
