Forever so

I have recently moved house and now live with my lovely boyfriend. We were fortunate enough to nab a great house with a beautiful, big backyard that's close to the beach and the city. I'm currently getting acquainted with my new surroundings and am feeling inspired by the fresh start.

Shadows

My sister's girlfriend inspired me to take some of these shadow photos, she's taken some absolutely amazing ones around the city. So this was my attempt at photographing some shadows around my new digs.

Nature I do adore you

I know this is still plant related but these were taken at my new house, not in the botanical gardens. So still a slight difference from the monotony of the last few posts! This is becoming a recurring theme, but I'm not sure exactly what kind of plant this is, I just really like it because it's a bit different. Not your usual flower.











And these are growing just next to that plant. Again, I'm not sure what they're called but they caught my attention. They're rather odd looking plants don't you think?

My new backyard

These are just some odds and sods of my new backyard. It's full of little treasures and nooks and crannies filled with random collections of plants and buckets and bottles.
